​Families First Coronavirus Response Act

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide their employees with expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19.  

The United States Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division administers and enforces the new law’s paid leave requirements. USDOL has created an online tool to assist you in determining if you are eligible for paid sick leave or extended family leave.
