In an effort to improve our customer service, we're comparing active claim information to the backlog of emails to only focus on claimants that are having issues with their claims. This has reduced the average response time for claimants sending emails. Note: If you sent an email previously and the issue was addressed or is not impacting your claim payments, you will not receive a response. 

Average Email Response Time:
2 - 4 weeks
We are answering new emails as they come in and are continuing to address the backlog of emails based on the order they were received. Some claimants will receive a response more quickly based on the complexity of the claim issue or inquiry.
