U.S. Bank ReliaCard® Debit Card 

Money Network prepaid debit cards will replace the U.S. Bank ReliaCard® currently in use starting in March 2023. However, ReliaCard balances will NOT expire or transfer to Money Network. ReliaCard users should continue to use their debit cards until the balance reaches $0.  

For users who have an expired ReliaCard or had their card lost or stolen, please call U.S. Bank ReliaCard® at 888-233-5916 or 888-233-5916 TTY to receive a new card. To access your balance and account information, please visit www.usbankreliacard.com.

  • Access your balance and account information at no charge at www.usbankreliacard.com     
  • Use your card without fees anywhere that accepts Visa® 
  • Withdrawal cash at no charge from tellers inside banks displaying the Visa® symbol. 
  • Receive notices of deposits to your debit card at no charge by phone or email; call 888-233-5916, or go online at www.usbankreliacard.com for instructions on setting up this service.
