The phone line and email are for PUA claimants only. Questions on other programs cannot be addressed. If you have a question about regular unemployment compensation (UC) benefits, the Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC) program or the Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC) extension, please email the resource account.

Due to the high volume of calls and UC Live Chat requests, the BEST way to get assistance from our team is to email us at

  • For specific questions about your claim:
    •  provide your full name (as it appears on your claim, including any suffix used); and

We are answering new emails as they come in and are continuing to address the backlog of emails based on the order they were received. Some claimants will receive a response more quickly based on the complexity of the claim issue or inquiry.

Pennsylvania Teleclaims-PAT Directory

Pennsylvania Teleclaims, or PAT, is an automated self-service system used by persons with access to a touch-tone telephone to file biweekly UC claims, access specific benefit payment information, or learn about the commonwealth's UC program, without the intervention of an agent. The automated services are available Sunday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
