Benefit Assistance
Employers may address benefit claim or benefit appeal issues as well as obtain general UC benefits information by calling the toll-free UC Benefit Services for Employers line at 833-728-2367. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Employers with questions or concerns regarding benefit charge issues and relief from charges may contact us by sending an email to

The Federal and Commonwealth legal guidelines governing the Department of Labor & Industry's operation of the Pennsylvania UC Program, mandate equitable, nondiscriminatory treatment of all employers, workers and claimants seeking services or assistance under the program. No person dealing with the department in these respects will be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, non-job related handicap/disability, religious creed, sex, age, national origin, etc.
