Employer Login Issue

Some users who are the primary contact for the employer are unable to log in to the new UC system, even though they are using the same login credentials they use for uctax.pa.gov.

Pennsylvania Teleclaims (PAT) System Issue

Some claimants using the PAT system to file their weekly certification are experiencing technical issues and are therefore unable to successfully file for benefits. We will provide an update when the technical issues are resolved and claimants will be able to successfully file for benefits.

PEUC "Inactive" Claim Issue

Some PEUC claimants with existing claims are unable to file continuing weekly claims because the system is incorrectly marking their claim status as "inactive."

If you still see an “inactive” message, there may be a specific issue with your claim. Please contact the UC Service Center to address your specific issue: uchelp@pa.gov or 888-313-7284.

Server Connectivity Issue

Due to server connectivity issues, some users may see an error when trying to use their Keystone ID to attempt to log back into their accounts.

Payment Type Information Issue

Some users who receive payments by direct deposit have reported seeing their payment type listed as “debit card.” 

Status

FIXED

This is a display issue and not a problem with payment type. Users do NOT need to take any action to correct this should they see "debit card" listed instead of direct deposit. Users will receive payment to their previously selected preferred method.

Work Search Issue

A small percentage of claimants see several questions related to their work search activities when filing for claims. Claimants should not yet be seeing these questions claimants will not be required to perform a "work search" until the week of July 11-17, 2021.

Workers' Compensation  Issue

Some claimants are asked to respond to workers' compensation questions even when they have never received workers' compensation benefits.

"​Invalid Password" Message

Users may receive an "invalid password" message when they attempt to log back into their account.

In the event you are still experiencing an invalid password message, review Instructions for Resolving Invalid Keystone Logins (PDF) and the Instructional Video. As of 06/15/21, there is no system issue with creating a Keystone ID.

PEUC "Disqualified" Claim Issue

Some PEUC claimants with existing claims cannot file continuing weekly claims because the system incorrectly marks previous claims filed as "disqualified."

If you are still experiencing a "Disqualified" error message but have not actually been disqualified from receiving benefits, please contact the UC Service Center to address your specific issue: uchelp@pa.gov or 888-313-7284.

Monetary Ineligible Issue

Some regular UC and PEUC claimants are incorrectly seeing a "monetary ineligible" message in parenthesis under "Claim Details" and/or "Payment Summary" when they were able to file for weeks previously.
